The 14001 standard is mainly concerned with "environmental management". It lays down guidelines to reduce the harmful effects of industrial activities on the environment.
As our company is sensitive to environmental criteria, it has been involved in a process of ISO 14001 certification since September 2009, accompanied by certification by AFNOR, the French national organization for standardization.
The first step of the quality audit is scheduled for January 2010. Our goal is to obtain certification in January 2011.
